Provided support and enhancements for ElisOnline computer based training website using Visual Studio 2005 and C#. Created new learning content and Shared Content Objects (SCO’s) using Flash 8 and ActionScript. Participated in creating new functionality for Threshold website for data tracking and reporting.
Achievements
• Automated creation of Storyboard spreadsheets for Threshold
• Implemented administration pages in ElisOnline which eliminated
manual modifications to configuration files.

Speedway SuperAmerica LLC

Advanced Programmer Analyst, May 2001 – September 2006
Architected and designed asp.net web applications from user specifications. Developed middle-tier object oriented classes using the .Net persistence layer and C#. Also developed XML web services and User Interfaces for applications with DHTML, JavaScript and asp.net. Designed normalized Data Models for SQL Server databases and the accompanying stored procedures.
Architected, designed and provided daily support of mainframe based legacy systems. These systems are composed primarily of batch jobs using JCL that executed Natural programs. The mainframe data is housed in ADABAS databases. Also supported online screen applications written in Natural.
Responsible for developing and maintaining healthy client relationships. Transformed user requirements into technical specifications for development.
Achievements
• Automated the data entry process for weekly lottery reconciliation
• Modified programs and systems to interface with SAP-HR
module
• Enhanced cigarette survey system which decreased the survey turn
around time from four business days to one business day
• Overhauled incentive compensation system to simplify support and
eliminate audit concerns
• Completed asp.net web application to allow Marketing to reconcile
vendor accounts. Worked primarily on the
User Interface.
• Completed asp.net web application to allow Pricing to set discounts
at
all 1700 store locations. Worked on Data Model, Middle
Tier,
User Interface, XML Web Service and SQL Server Reporting
Services. This was also the first application to integrate the
mainframe ADABAS tables into an asp.net web application.
